Has BP been Halliburtoned? - Put On Your Tin Foil Hats: Did Someone Know the Rig Was Going to Blow?

As more pre-explosion evidence is uncovered, signs are suggesting that there may have been foreknowledge that an accident was imminent.

Though we’re not criminal investigators, if we were asked to look into the possibility of criminal activity surrounding the rig explosion, the following items would seem very coincidental, some of them highly suspect.
Of course, we’ll never know the “real” story, but we will most definitely feel the ramifications of the BP oil rig event in months and years to come, likely in the form of restricted domestic drilling, higher energy prices, mandated alternative energy policies and cap & trade taxes.

Evidence Points To BP Oil Spill False Flag

Troubling evidence surrounding the Deepwater Horizon explosion on April 20th suggests that the incident could have been manufactured.
On April 12th, just over one week before the Deepwater Horizon rig exploded, Halliburton, the world’s second largest oilfield services corporation, surprised some by acquiring Boots & Coots, a relatively small but vastly experienced oil
well control company.
The company deals with fires and blowouts on oil rigs and oil wells. It was responsible for putting out roughly one third of the more than 700 oil well fires set in Kuwait by retreating Iraqi soldiers during the Gulf War.
The deal itself is still under scrutiny with Boots and Coots facing an ongoing investigation into “possible breaches of fiduciary duty and other violations of state law”
Where this information gets really interesting is with the fact that Halliburton is named in the majority of some two dozen lawsuits filed since the explosion by Gulf Coast people and businesses who claim that the company is to blame for the disaster.
Halliburton was forced to admit in testimony at a congressional hearing last month that it carried out a cementing operation 20 hours before the Gulf of Mexico rig went up in flames. The lawsuits claim that four Halliburton workers stationed on the rig improperly capped the well.
As the New York Times noted on May 26th, “BP officials chose, partly for financial reasons, to use a type of casing for the well that the company knew was the riskier of two options,”
Workers from the rig and company officials have said that hours before the explosion, gases were leaking through the cement, which had been set in place by the oil services contractor, Halliburton. Investigators have said these leaks were the likely cause of the explosion.”
According to a 2007 study by Minerals Management Service, cementing was a factor in 18 of 39 rig blowouts in the gulf between 1992 and 2006.
Another intriguing connection Boots and Coots has to the Deepwater Horizon explosion comes via Pat Campbell, the man BP has employed to cap the well beneath the ruined rig. Campbell worked for Boots and Coots as general manager for many years.
BP has admitted to buying Yahoo and Google keywords in an attempt to control publicly available information in the wake of the catastrophe. It seems that the company is taking all the flack for the spill while the Halliburton link is being roundly ignored.
BP’s prepared testimony briefing, which has since leaked online, also intriguingly notes that the Hydraulic Control System on equipment designed to automatically seal the well in an emergency was modified without their knowledge sometime before the explosion.
“the extent of these modifications is unknown at this time” states the report on page 37.

Possible prior knowledge of the explosion is also evident via huge dumping of stocks and shares in the weeks and days prior to the incident.
Goldman Sachs dumped 44% of its shares in BP Oil during the first quarter – shares that subsequently lost 36 percent of their value, equating to $96 million.
Other asset management firms also sold huge blocks of BP stock in the first quarter. Though the amounts pale in comparison to Goldman’s holdings, Wachovia, owned by Wells Fargo, sold 98% of its shares in BP and Swiss bank UBS sold 97% of its BP shares.
Furthermore, as reported by the London Telegraph on June 5th, Tony Hayward, the chief executive of BP, sold £1.4 million of his shares in the fuel giant weeks before the spill.
In the days before the Deepwater explosion, Obama had announced a new effort to explore for and lease new drilling locations in the deep Gulf and in Alaska. In the wake of the disaster, these plans have been cancelled and BP is taking a PR bashing.
All of which has been capitalized on by the Obama administration to reinvigorate talk of a carbon tax and has created the opportunity to reintroduce the idea of nationalizing oil, which the Democratic leadership has long sought.
The full story of what is happening in the Gulf of Mexico is yet to emerge, there are rumours of more spills and an ongoing coverup. The site represents a $2.2 trillion source of wealth and power, a motive along with a plethora of suspicious activity that needs to be investigated further.

Peter Power - Victim Of Coincidence

If Peter Power did the lottery he would be a rich man. Or should I say, he would be an even richer man.
I'm sure most of you don't know who he is; that's understandable. In a decidedly JFK way, I will never forget where I was when I first heard his name and his voice.

Let me share with you what I learned about Peter Power and the order in which I learned it.

Watch This

Then This

Having watched this on the news, I looked to find more out about him and found this, and remembered watching it a year earlier

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/programmes/panorama/3686201.stm

and here he is on the panel

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/programmes/panorama/3684775.stm

So to recap. He was on Panorama a year before 7/7 as part of the crisis management team dealing with a fictitious scenario where the London tube was bombed in 3 places. Then on the morning it actually happened, he was in London running an exercise/drill where the same thing would happen and IT DID at EXACTLY THE SAME TIME he planned it and at EXACTLY THE SAME STATIONS that his exercise was running.

He was never questioned about the company who he had set up the exercise for.

Mind you, when a clear head is required, Peter Power is the man you want. After all, he was the man known in 1984 as The Pied Piper of the underground.

The BBC never quite got around to mentioning this

On 23rd April 1993, the Dorset Echo featured Peter Power on its front page:

Peter Power Suspended from Dorset PolicePolice chief faces inquiry
Echo exclusive by Paul Thomas

Dorset Echo
23rd April 1993

One of West Dorset's top policemen has been suspended from duty, it was learned today.
Superintendent Peter Power who commands a sub-division covering Dorchester, Shaftesbury, Swanage, Blandford, Sherborne, and Wareham, is the subject of a force internal inquiry, said Deputy Chief Constable Tony Pointer.
Mr Pointer would not reveal the nature of the investigation but said Supt Power had been suspended "pending completion of inquiries into an internal matter within Dorset Police."
The Deputy Chief Constable added: "No member of the public is involved."
Supt Power was appointed to his present post last year after transferring to the Dorset force from the Metropolitan Police - where he had served for 19 years - in 1990.
While in London he was involved in major incidents including the Iranian Embassy siege and the Kings Cross fire.
During Supt Power's absence Chief Inspector Ted Ryan has been appointed officer in charge at Blandford.
A scan of the above article is available here. This story was also reported in the national press by the Sunday Times on 8th August 1993:
The Crown Prosecution Service has been sent details of an investigation into a senior police officer with the Dorset force. Dorset police confirmed yesterday that Superintendent Peter Power, the officer in charge of the west of the county, has been suspended on full pay since April but refused to outline the allegations against him. Power, who was involved in the Iranian embassy siege and King's Cross fire, transferred to Dorset in 1990 after serving 19 years in the Metropolitan police.
NB: These reports appear to have mistakenly confused the Iranian embassy siege with the Libyan embassy siege.

On September 2nd 1993, the departure of Peter Power from Dorset Police was announced on page 3 of the Dorset Echo:
Suspended police chief leaves force
Dorset Echo
September 2nd 1993
A West Dorset senior policeman currently under suspension from duty is to retire early on medical grounds.
Superintendent Peter Power (42) will leave the force on September 26.
He was suspended following an internal police inquiry earlier this year after which a file was submitted for consideration to the Director of Public Prosecution.
A Dorset Police spokesman said Supt Power's retirement grounds were "confidential".
She added "Supt Power is entitled to an ill-health pension. His retirement does not affect any liability for action by the DPP".
Supt Power commands a sub-division covering Dorchester, Shaftesbury, Swanage, Blandford, Sherborne and Wareham.
Chief Inspector Ted Ryan was appointed in charge following Supt Power's suspension.
This was also confirmed in the national press by the Guardian on 2nd September 1993:
Superintendent Peter Power, aged 42, who has been suspended on full pay since April, is to leave the Dorset force on September 26 on health grounds.

Poor old Peter is a bit of a jinx. He should have put the lottery on.

I mean what are the chances of those drills happening at the same time and in the same place as it actually happened.

Well, the maths goes a bit like this,

London Underground Stations: 274

Probability of one attack by hour (5yr mean): One chance in 9,474,920

Open Hours per Day: 19

Probability of 3 station terror hit (5yr mean): One chance in 850,602,500,906,920,000,000

Open Days a Year: 364

Mean Sample frequent (yrs): 5.

Probability of one attack by hour (10yr mean): One chance in 18,949,840

Mean Sample frequent (yrs): 10.

Probability of 3 station terror hit (10yr mean): One chance in 6,804,820,007,255,360,000,000

Same Time 3

London Underground Stations: 274

Probability of drill on 1 stations per hour: One chance in 817,342

Open Hours per Day: 19

Probability of drill on 3 stations per hour: One chance in 546,023,643,432,766,000

Open Days a Year: 157

Same Time 3

PROBABILITY OF DRILL AND TERROR ATTACK COINCIDING BY CHANCE (10yr mean):
One chance in 3,715,592,613,265,750,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000
Estimate of Grains of sand in the whole world: 7,500,000,000,000,000,000

In context:
If I go to a beach, or a desert, or under the sea and pick a single grain of sand. What chance is there of you going to the same part of the world, by chance, and picking up the same grain? You are trillions of times more likely to do this, than the London drill coinciding with this attack at that hour.

They think you're stupid, and they can usually rely upon you acting as though you are.
